Most people will consider vegetables to be a primary health food. Nonetheless, those who prefer organic foods may avoid vegetables that were grown using chemicals.

Organic health food consists of foods, including vegetables that are grown without the use of chemicals. Advocates for organic produce state that foods contain 50% more nutrients, and taste better. Years ago, organic foods could not be bought from ordinary grocery stores. Those seeking organic foods had to shop at health food stores. Although organic foods are believed to be healthier, these foods carry a higher price tag. Nonetheless, individuals concerned about safer, chemically-free foods are willing to pay extra. Organic foods consist of a variety of products. Popular items include organic vegetables, chips, fruits, juices, breads, and so forth.
